SHORT FILM & MULTIMEDIA

Like many still photographers, I’ve found the love for also producing moving image work. Unlike many still photographers, I have no illusions that simply owning a few Canon 5D Mark II bodies and a Mac Book Pro with Final Cut makes me a filmmaker. From the beginning I have respected the art and invested in learning the technical and conceptual fundamentals of this different form of storytelling. And, more importantly, always recognized the importance of collaboration and the critical capacity and balance a good creative team brings to even the simplest projects. The results? We’ve screened a few of our shorts at excellent film festivals such as Mountainfilm (two premiers), Wild & Scenic, and the Berkshire International Film Festival (one premier), we’ve exhibited a few of our works in some traveling video art exhibitions, and we’re now regularly applying these skills to producing short ‘brand storytelling’ projects for a variety of non-profit and mission-driven for-profit clients.
