The book will cover about 100 different efforts, 12 of which I’ve photographed including this Native American heritage agriculture in northern Arizona, a cattle ranching cooperative in Eastern Oregon, therapy and job training on an urban farm in Missouri, a community supported fishery in North Carolina, and others.
