Images from a multimedia project on Catskill hermit and outspoken iconoclast Ray Turner, who each year builds a stone weir to harvest eels on their seasonal migration down the Delaware River. His smoked eels are sold from his home along the river to passers by and are beginning to show up in fancy restaurants in NYC and beyond.
